We want you to love your Lisa Says Gah finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or perform a direct size exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Gah! tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
